RETURNS

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like ebooks, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES/ ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at rozolashartistry@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
LOST/STOLEN

If you believe your package is lost, please email us at rozolashartistry@gmail.com with your name, order number and shipping address. We will work closely with your carrier to track your package.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked delivered. Once you purchase an item, the risk of loss and title for the item passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier for initial delivery.
EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email us at rozolashartistry@gmail.com to start a return.
REFUNDS
------
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in store credit within 5 business days.
If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rozolashartistry@gmail.com.
Online lash course, virtual/ in person trainings, ebooks are non refundable.
CANCELLATIONS

We are sorry to hear that you have changed your mind! Orders can be cancelled if it's still pending, meaning it has not been shipped yet. Once you receive a tracking number, this means the order has been shipped and we are no longer able to cancel it for you.
